Mark Underwood

I've specialised in forensic accounting and litigation support since 1994. I'm a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Certified Fraud Examiner. I undertake a variety of work including expert witness, financial investigations and all aspects of forensic accounting. I've given expert oral evidence in the High Court.

My specialism is accounting investigations of both solvent and insolvent companies. I also specialise in assessing complex losses and damages in contentious situations, covering loss of profits, business interruption and breach of contract.

I have particular experience in Telecoms, Music, Education, Charities, Retail, Partnerships and LLPs.
