I'm a Director within Business Transformation and the UK lead for our Enterprise Portfolio Management and Project Management Office services. I've also developed the PMO Global Network, where specialists collaborate on global assignments.

With over 25 years of experience, my expertise includes delivering, reviewing and providing assurance for complex business change programmes. My governance and project control solutions are tailored to each client's needs, pragmatic and proportionate to size, scale and complexity.

Before joining, I worked at PwC and within the Housing sector as Head of Projects and Business Improvements. I've managed projects spanning HR, payroll, finance, SAP, IT integration, M&A programmes and construction across Public Sector, Housing, Education, Financial Services and Retail. I'm a qualified practitioner in PRINCE2, Managing Successful Programmes and a certified Scrum Master.
