Nigel Foottit

I've specialised in forensic accounting and litigation support since 1998. I'm a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and hold their Corporate Finance qualification. I’m also an accredited member of the Academy of Experts and an affiliate member of Resolution. I'm an experienced expert witness, having acted as an expert accountant or valuer in well over 100 cases. I've given evidence in court and have attended mediations.

My primary specialism is business valuation disputes, where I have considerable experience in shareholder disputes and matrimonial proceedings. I also have experience in assessing complex losses and damages covering breach of contract, loss of profits, business interruption and personal injury, and in undertaking financial investigations.
