I'm a Partner based in London within our Global Capital Markets (EMEA) practice. I support audit teams and clients across all aspects of US reporting, including complex capital markets transactions.

I specialise in SEC Reporting and accounting conversions to US GAAP and IFRS. I advise on debt and equity cross-border transactions, including Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings as well as SEC annual reporting. I also provide technical oversight, review and approval on US accounting and SEC reporting matters. I currently work across a number of sectors including technology, financial services and mining.
