Executive summary

I help internationally mobile wealthy families navigate the complexities of the UK tax system. Many of the people I advise have personal, business and investment interests that span multiple jurisdictions, and they come to me to make technically challenging rules clear, practical and aligned with their wider objectives. My focus is on providing advice that supports long-term planning while giving families confidence in how they manage their cross-border affairs.

I work with a wide range of clients, including entrepreneurs, business owners, private equity executives and offshore trustees. As Head of the Asia Desk for the team, I have particular experience advising Asian families whose affairs span the UK and Asia, whether they are moving to, investing in or leaving the UK. Having started my career in law, I have specialised in private client tax for more than 20 years and continue to invest heavily in staying ahead of an ever-changing tax landscape.

I am our subject matter expert on the UK anti-avoidance rules affecting offshore structures, an area that is highly relevant to many internationally mobile families. I regularly contribute to consultations, provide training and speak at webinars and client events, using practical examples to help people understand complex tax developments. I also coordinate advice across specialist teams and the international network, working closely with lawyers, family offices and banking advisers to deliver joined-up support for families with global interests.

Outside work, I enjoy cooking and exploring new restaurants, alongside a keen interest in wine. To balance those pursuits, I spend time running, going to the gym and attending boxing classes.
