I'm a Director in the Business Transformation team, specialising in helping organisations across multiple industries deliver successful business and technology change. My experience spans over 25 years managing and reviewing complex change projects.

I've managed end-to-end projects relating to transaction integrations and separations, ERP implementations, shared service optimisation and strategy execution. I also work with clients to develop and implement realistic business and digital strategies.

With experience in both professional services and industry, including 14 years at PwC and five years as IT and Projects Director in a materials handling business, I apply a pragmatic, value-based approach. I've worked across manufacturing, telecoms, financial services, retail, utilities, public sector, education and support services.
