I have deep experience engaging with tax authorities to obtain advance certainty and resolving historical controversy situations.

I lead the global Pillar Two team, advising clients across all jurisdictions on the significant complexity Pillar Two introduces, covering technical, operational and technological challenges. My sector focus includes Technology, Media, Telecoms, Retail, Consumer Markets and Life Sciences.
