Ryan Ferguson

I'm a Chartered Accountant and Audit Partner in the Natural Resources and Energy team, specialising in energy and mining. I have substantial experience working with companies throughout their lifecycle, from early-stage exploration projects to international FTSE 350 mining and oil and gas groups.

I have extensive experience with international businesses, including groups with operations across Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia. I spend a large portion of my time visiting operations on site and supporting management. I've developed significant expertise in complex financial reporting, governance developments and narrative and strategic reporting.

I was previously seconded to our corporate finance team and continue to work closely with clients seeking share placings, acquisitions and IPOs. Notable projects include Petra Diamonds' move from AIM to the Main Market and subsequent $300m bond placing and a number of AIM IPOs.
