Sandi Dosanjh

I'm part of our BDO Digital UK team, where I lead our Technology Risk and Governance services. Across a 20 year technology risk career spanning advisory and assurance, I've supported organisations across every sector with IT internal audit, IT controls and compliance and programme assurance.

I've led digital control audits and programme assurance for FTSE 30 and private equity backed organisations, reporting directly into boards and executives. My recent work covers cloud transformation assurance, designing and embedding IT risk and control frameworks including SOX, COBIT, COSO, NIST and CIS, and advising on the implementation of complex ERP programmes.

I'm also a Non Executive Director for the Football Association Women's National League, where I draw on strong governance and board experience for a sport I care deeply about. That perspective shapes how I work with clients too: practical advice on what good governance, risk and assurance actually look like in fast moving environments, rather than checklist compliance.
