I'm in the Corporate and M&A Tax team in London, specialising in all aspects of corporate tax including compliance and assurance, as well as transactional and advisory matters.

I have a particular interest in advising companies in the Consumer Markets and Media sectors on supply chain optimisation, international expansion, disposals and restructurings. My clients range from start-ups and owner-managed businesses to private equity-backed, listed and large multinational groups.

I also have extensive audit of tax experience, leading numerous tax audits of FTSE 350 groups. I provide tax accounting services in relation to GAAP conversions, the tax accounting impact of complex transactions and helping groups document complex tax accounting positions and judgements.
