My background spans both audit and large-scale change programmes, giving me a practical understanding of how organisations operate and how to deliver change that works in the real world. I oversee transformation programmes across the Audit stream and wider business disciplines. My focus is on helping us be the best we can be for our people and for those we work with, while ensuring we create a positive impact beyond the organisation itself.
