I'm a Partner in Financial Services, specialising Governance, Culture and Conduct within the Regulatory Advisory practice. I work with C-suite and board decision-makers to help them understand, monitor and report on regulatory-related matters as they relate to Financial Services regulation and industry expectations.

I lead BDO's Non-Executive Directors' community, delivering timely technical, regulatory and thematic thought leadership. Over the past 20 years, I've worked across professional services, not-for-profit and consulting sectors in the UK and Australia.

I'm an inclusive visible leader, actively involved in mentorship, charity and volunteering. Externally, I co-lead the Inclusion in Finance's Ambassador programme and am a founding Trustee of UKUATogether.
