I'm an Audit Partner based in Reading and lead our Consumer Markets team across the Thames Valley and the South. Consumer businesses have been at the heart of my career for more than 20 years, and I work with well-known brands and the businesses that support the sector. People come to me for practical advice on audit, financial reporting and the challenges that come with growth and change.

I work with AIM-listed businesses, large international groups and organisations backed by private equity or private ownership. I advise boards and leadership teams on accounting and financial reporting matters, helping them navigate acquisitions, integrations, restructurings, refinancings and IPOs. As part of a national Retail team, I also support national and international retailers on a wide range of business issues.

A typical engagement involves helping leadership teams manage complex transactions while maintaining clear financial reporting and governance. By combining audit, accounting and transaction support, I help businesses make informed decisions and move through periods of change with confidence. Having spent several years living and working in North America, I also bring an international perspective to the challenges and opportunities organisations face.
