I'm Head of Real Estate Tax in the London Tax Group, specialising in advising a variety of real estate businesses on structures and transactions including listings, due diligence, reconstructions, mergers and acquisitions. I've specialised over the past 15 years in advising UK real estate investment trusts.

I have over 35 years' experience as a tax adviser, having qualified as a CTA in 1991. I've worked for a niche firm, a Big 4 firm and the current firm, giving me a broad perspective.

My client experience includes advising REITs on conversion to UK REIT status and acquisitions, advising on tax structuring for inward investment in UK real estate and working with a wide range of real estate businesses and funds.
