I'm a Director in the M&A team in Scotland, advising entrepreneurial clients on their transaction journey, whether fundraising, buy-and-build strategies or exit.

Joining the firm as a graduate, I have over a decade of lead advisory experience on more than 30 transactions involving domestic and international trade acquirers and private equity. I'm the national M&A lead for the circular economy and sustainability. In this role, I've developed a network of specialist and generalist mid-market private equity investors with strong appetite for businesses with ESG-positive characteristics. I've also built extensive relationships with corporate acquirers across waste management and recycling, property services, energy efficiency and ESG consultancy.
