Todd Mills

Todd is a Director in the M&A team in Scotland spending his time advising entrepreneurial clients on their transaction journey whether that be fundraising, buy and build strategies, or exit.

Joining BDO as graduate, Todd has over a decade of lead advisory experience advising on over 30 transactions involving domestic and international trade acquirers and private equity.

Todd is national M&A lead for the Circular Economy and sustainability. As part of the this role he has developed a network of specialist and generalist mid-market private equity investors with strong appetite to deploy capital in businesses with ESG positive characteristics. He has also developed extensive relationships with corporate acquirers across a range of sectors including Waste Management & Recycling, Property services, Energy efficiency and ESG consultancy.
