I'm a Tax Partner in the technology, media and telecoms team. I have significant experience managing the UK and international corporate tax affairs of a broad range of clients including owner-managed and private equity-backed multinational businesses that are scaling up and growing internationally and planning for future exit events.

I specialise in advising corporates through their business lifecycles, particularly in relation to R&D tax relief and other IP reliefs, international expansion, tax structuring, M&A transactions and global tax compliance. I provide long term strategic thinking and bring together all of BDO's tax resources and providing leadership for the development of value enhancing solutions.
