I'm a Valuations Partner specialising in valuations for financial reporting purposes with a particular focus on intangible assets and purchase price allocations, share-based payments & business and goodwill valuations.

I work with a range of acquisitive corporate clients, both UK plcs and private businesses including PE-backed companies, where M&A is a fundamental part of the business strategy. My approach is to work collaboratively, providing well-considered expert advice and guiding clients through the audit process.

I have 20 years of valuation experience including assignments with several FTSE 100 businesses. I am also helping influence the direction of the UK valuation profession through my position on the ICAEW's Valuation Special Interest Group.
