I'm a Director in our Transaction Tax team in London with over 12 years' experience advising on M&A tax issues. I work with private equity funds and PE-backed businesses on due diligence (buy-side and sell-side), tax structuring and restructuring projects.

I have a particular focus on securing value for tax assets for sellers on transactions and negotiating the tax aspects of locked box, completion accounts and sale and purchase agreements. I enjoy the detail and pace of deal work and take a practical, commercially aware approach.
