BDO provided sell-side advice to Tritax Management LLP on the proposed 60% sale to Aberdeen Standard Investments.
Aberdeen Standard Investments is to acquire 60% interest in Tritax Management LLP, a specialist logistics real estate fund manager with assets under management of approximately £5.1bn throughout the UK and Europe.
The transaction will provide Tritax further opportunities for its existing clients and support its long-term growth objectives across logistics real estate and allow them to utilise the breadth and depth of Aberdeen Standard Investments; global investment expertise and broader real estate capabilities.
