The Spud Trust acquired 100% of the share capital in Leftfield Retail II Limited which owns the Caledonian Retail Park in Wishaw, Scotland. 

The Retail Park comprises nine retail units, six trade counters, a Burger King Drive Thru, an electric vehicle charging unit and two sub stations. The units and trade counters cover 153,324 sq ft and there are 485 car parking spaces. 

The acquirer is part of the wider JT Ross Group, a South African based construction and real estate group providing investment, development and management services. 

BDO provided financial and tax due diligence and SPA review services in support of the transaction.
