Acquisition of CIS Security by Symera Partners

Symera Partners has acquired CIS Security, an independent security specialist servicing complex, high-profile environments across over 300 public and private sector sites. CIS provides premium security services, front-of-house and technology-enabled security solutions to major commercial properties, public bodies, cultural institutions and other critical sites throughout the UK.

BDO provided financial, tax, ESG and technology due diligence, completion mechanism advisory and SPA support services, tax valuation and structuring services to Symera Partners.
