BDO Tech M&A advised Ecctis Limited on their acquisition of Enroly Limited. 

Ecctis Limited is an Employee-Owned Trust delivering international education, training, and skills solutions. For over 25 years, it has played a key role in supporting UK Government national agencies and is trusted globally for its work in qualification recognition and evaluation.

Enroly is a leading admissions software business operating in the UK university market. The business has built a strong reputation with a growing market share and today, 42% of higher education institutions onboard their international students with the company’s industry-leading software.  

This deal marks Ecctis' first acquisition and will enhance its service offering and education capabilities. The combined group will provide trusted solutions for higher education institutions and agents, easing the student journey to quality education.
