Acquisition of Flooid Topco Limited by Glory Global Solutions (International) Ltd

Glory Global Solutions (International) Ltd ("Glory") is the international subsidiary of Japanese listed Glory Ltd, a global leader in cash technology solutions, focused on supporting customers in the automation of their cash processes to increase efficiency, enhance security and release staff to focus on the experience they deliver. 

Flooid is a leading provider of cloud-native Unified Commerce platform software to major retailers, primarily in North America, the UK and South Africa.

The acquisition of Flooid offers a number of strategic benefits to Glory including (i) expansion of their offer to retail customers from cash automation to store automation and (ii) increasing their portfolio of SaaS solutions and associated annuity revenue streams.
