Acquisition of Kapan Mine and re-admission to AIM of Chaarat Gold Holdings Limited

Chaarat Gold Holdings Limited is an AIM quoted company that was founded to explore the Chaarat Gold Project in the Kyrgyz Republic.

The company completed the purchase of Kapan Mining and Processing Company CJSC, the owner and operator of a polymetallic mine in the Republic of Armenia producing gold, copper, silver and zinc, from Polymetal International plc.

The transaction was a reverse take-over under the AIM Rules and BDO acted as reporting accountant to the company for the re-admission to AIM on the successful completion of the acquisition.
