BDO has provided financial due diligence, tax due diligence and SPA advisory services to Titan Wealth on the acquisition of investment research and consultancy firm Square Mile.
Square Mile has a team of 21 research analysts covering the universe of UK retail funds and an investment management team responsible for its range of MPS solutions. It also provides consultancy services to financial intermediaries and institutions.
The acquisition encompasses £2.6bn in assets under management held within Square Mile’s MPS portfolios and enables Titan Wealth to further expand its competitive, low-cost MPS proposition. Titan Wealth will also benefit from Square Mile’s broad industry relationships across the financial advice and asset management sectors.
