I've specialised in forensic accounting since 2001, dealing with companies and organisations across a wide range of industries. I'm a Fellow of the ICAEW and an ICAEW Accredited Forensic Accountant.

I have a broad range of forensic experience including fraud investigations, shareholder and contractual disputes, breach of warranty claims and loss of profit claims. My specialist expertise is in forensic M&A services, including advising on the drafting of sale and purchase agreements, completion and earn-out account disputes and expert determinations.

I've worked on over 1,000 transactions and provided advice to buyers and sellers across many industries, from individuals to global plcs.
