BDO carried out financial due diligence and provided SPA support to Bright Scholar on their acquisition of St Michael's School and Bosworth Independent College.
Bright Scholar Education Holdings Limited is one of the largest operators of international and bilingual schools in China.
It has expanded its international presence with the acquisition of St. Michael's School, an established independent school in Wales offering day and boarding education from age 3 to 18, and Bosworth Independent College, a leading independent boarding college in Northampton that provides independent boarding education to pupils from the UK and abroad from age 13 to 19.
