In June 2026, Yunex Traffic completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Traffic Solutions Limited (TSL), a leading supplier, installer and maintainer of traffic signal systems in Ireland.
TSL has been the exclusive supplier of Yunex Traffic solutions to local authorities in Ireland for the last three decades, so the acquisition provides continuity and long-term stability to its customers whilst also creating opportunities to bring innovation and technology to their infrastructure.
BDO provided financial and tax due diligence in respect of the acquisition.
