BDO has provided financial due diligence, tax due diligence and SPA review services on the acquisitions of Thorpe Marsh Green Energy Hub Limited and Thorpe Marsh Energy Park Limited (the "Targets"). 

The Targets are SPVs for two utility-scale battery storage development projects, one of which at 1.4GW capacity will be the world's largest battery project (once constructed).

West Burton Energy is an independent power producer based in the United Kingdom. It currently operates a 1332 MW Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power station and a 49MW battery energy storage system located in Nottinghamshire, England.
