I'm a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales with 30 years of experience in professional practice, including more than 25 years dedicated to forensic work. My expertise spans M&A disputes, expert witness assignments, consequential loss claims and investigating financial misstatements.

My primary specialism is M&A disputes, where I have considerable experience acting as the independent accountant in expert determinations, advising on completion accounts and earn-out disputes, reviewing sale and purchase agreements and advising on warranty claims. I've provided forensic advice on over 500 transactions and supported clients across many industries, from individuals through to global plcs.
