Aljazira Capital, through IQON Capital, acquired 100% of the share capital in Vodafone Property Investments Ltd for an undisclosed price.
Vodafone Property Investments Ltd owns the Property located north of Love Lane, Shaw, The Connection, Newbury, RG14 2FN. The Property comprises 486,810 sq ft of office accommodation split into seven self-contained buildings set on 38 acres of grounds. The buildings have been subject to a single let to Vodafone Ltd and represent Vodafone Group plc’s UK headquarters. Previously all seven buildings were occupied by Vodafone Ltd, however, Vodafone have vacated three of the buildings which will now be modernised as a business campus.
