BDO provided vendor due diligence to support the sale of Wixroyd Holdings Limited.
The Wixroyd Group is based in Chichester and manufactures and supplies one of the broadest ranges of innovative mechanical components, with a strong product portfolio of over 100,000 products sold under three brands.
Essentra is also a manufacturer and distributor of component parts, and the acquisition is intended to expand its range and create additional cross-selling opportunities across its current customer base.
