BDO has provided financial, tax and ESG due diligence services on the acquisitions of Cybercrowd and DigitalXRAID by Limerston Capital.
Limerston Capital has acquired both CyberCrowd (a UK-based cyber security services specialist) and DigitalXRAID (an award-winning managed security service provider). This kicks off a new platform business for Limerston, combining assets from a previous cyber security acquisition, with an aim to establish one of the UK's leading providers of cyber security and digital forensics services for both public and private sector clients.
The strategic acquisitions bring together complementary organisations to deliver greater value to clients and partners through an expanded and enhanced portfolio of services. The enlarged Group not only offers strengthened 24/7 SOC and MDR capabilities, incident response solutions and cyber consultancy and penetration testing services, but also highly advanced digital forensic capabilities, e-Discovery solutions and a proprietary forensic case management software.
