BDO acted as reporting accountant for LXI REIT plc's £125m fund raise.
LXI is Premium Listed REIT which aims to deliver inflation-protected income and capital growth through investing in a diversified portfolio of UK property, that benefits from long-term index-linked leases with institutional-grade tenants.
In March 2021, LXI announced its £125 million Initial Issue, which was oversubscribed and an increase against its £75 million target as the Board determined to raise more taking into account its near term investment pipeline.
