BDO acted as the reporting accountant for the £150m Premium Listing IPO of Atrato Onsite Energy Plc.
Atrato Onsite Energy (ROOF) was established as a UK investment trust establsihed to invest in behind-the meter solar photovoltaic generations systems, predominantly located on the rooftops of commercial buildings and commercialised through long-term, indexed power purchase agreements (PPAs).
ROOF’s investment objective is to provide investors with a secure and progressive dividend, underpinned by long-term PPAs. The generation of green energy directly at the point of use brings economic savings, avoids grid losses, provides traceability of supply and reduces greenhouse gas emissions.
The gross proceeds of £150m raised will be deployed into an identified pipeline of assets which exceeds £300m.
