Acquisition of Memset by iomart group plc

iomart group plc completed the acquisition of Memset for an initial consideration of £3.3m, with a further maximum consideration of £0.9m. Memset is a well-established business providing dedicated and virtualised private cloud infrastructure to around 2000 customers.
