BDO has provided financial and tax due diligence for the acquisition of Mitie Group's Document Management business by Swiss Post Solutions.
Swiss Post Solutions, which is part of the Swiss Post Group headquartered in Switzerland, is a leading outsourcing provider for business processes solutions and innovative services in document management.
It's acquisition of Mitie Group's document management business extends its operations in the United Kingdom.
Mitie Group will continue to offer these services under a preferred supplier partnership with SPS, and the additional scale and expertise of SPS will enhance the range of document management services offered to Mitie's clients.
