BDO provided financial and tax due diligence services to TriSpan on its investment in sk:n in Feb 2019 and has subsequently advised on several acquisitions including that of Destination Skin and most recently the Adonia Medical Group.
The sk:n group has announced its latest acquisition, welcoming The Adonia Medical Group, the parent company for Courthouse Clinics, to its growing portfolio of brands.
Courthouse Clinics offers a wide range of anti-ageing aesthetic and wellbeing treatments, complementing those already provided by the group.
With 11 locations across the UK, this latest acquisition furthers the sk:n group’s credentials as the largest independent aesthetic clinic network in the UK with over 90 clinics nationwide.
