BDO has provided M&A deal identification services on the acquisition of LaddersFree Ltd, an established nationwide commercial window, gutter and cladding cleaning business, by React Group plc (“REACT”). BDO also provided a supporting role on deal matters through the transaction.
REACT, a leading specialist cleaning, hygiene and decontamination company acquired LaddersFree for a total consideration of up to £8.5 million on a debt-free and cash-free basis (subject to working capital adjustments). This is REACT's second acquisition and represents a further step in the Company's ambition to achieve its stated growth strategy. The acquisition of LaddersFree diversifies the service offering through expansion into complementary markets, provides nationwide partners and cross selling opportunities, and a highly scalable business model with the opportunity to increase brand awareness through the application of additional sales and marketing resource available within the Group.
