Home REIT plc placed on the premium segment of the main market, raising £240.6m and becoming the largest investment trust IPO of 2020. The Company will invest funds in homeless shelter assets throughout the UK, aiming to alleviate homelessness whilst also providing inflation-protected income and capital returns for investors. The Company will have a positive social impact by providing affordable, high-quality, fit-for-purpose housing stock to address the current lack of suitable accommodation available for local authorities to house the homeless.
