Homes England provided £30m debt funding to Ilke Homes

BDO undertook financial due diligence to support the financing of Ilke Homes with a debt package of £30m provided by Homes England.

Ilke Homes manufactures affordable and energy efficient modular homes in the UK on its production line at their 250,000 sq ft factory in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire. It was established in September 2017 and currently has the capacity to manufacture 2,000 homes per year with plans to build 5,000 homes a year within the next five years after the investment by Homes England.
