Orwins has invested in Clarkslegal, continuing its journey to build a national law firm dedicated to providing a full range of legal services to ambitious, high-growth businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
Clarkslegal is a full-service commercial law firm headquartered in Reading, specialising in employment, corporate, commercial property and commercial litigation. The firm’s 40-strong team is led by nine partners, serving clients across the Thames Valley and beyond.
This investment now means Orwins has close to 150 staff across three commercial hubs - London, Manchester and Reading - with combined revenues of £23 million.
BDO provided financial and tax due diligence support to Orwins on the investment.
