BDO acted as reporting accountant on the IPO of Essensys plc.
Essensys is a leading provider of software to the fast growing flexible workspace industry and has expanded significantly since its incorporation in 2006. The fundraising will enable the company to accelerate its investment in R&D and its products, as well as extending its geographical footprint.
