Lifestyle, AnyCard, and Savvy announced the creation of Norell, a new group backed by Codex Capital and existing investors.

The combination creates an international gift card processing, payments and rewards, bringing complementary technology, distribution and product capabilities across the UK, Europe and North America. Codex Capital’s investment will support further development of the group’s technology, content and services across international markets.
 
BDO’s UK and Irish teams provided transaction tax and structuring support to Lifestyle in connection with the investment by Codex Capital and the creation of Norell.
