In October 2023, Lendinvest Secured Income II plc completed an offer of new bonds and an exchange offer to existing holders of notes under its Euro Medium Term Note Programme. £60m of notes were issued of which £7.3m were in respect of new bonds, £31.7m were in respect of the exchange offer and £21m retained in treasury. The net proceeds from the issuance of notes under the EMTN Programme will be used to originate or purchase eligible loans.
BDO acted as reporting accountant in respect of the offers and update to the EMTN Programme.
