In November 2025, LendInvest Secured Income III plc completed an offer of new bonds under its £1,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme and an exchange offer to existing holders of notes issued by LendInvest Secured Income II plc. £75m of notes were issued of which £14.6m were in respect of new bonds, £53.5m were in respect of the exchange offer and £6.9m retained in treasury. The net proceeds from the issuance of notes under the EMTN Programme will be used to originate or purchase eligible loans.
BDO acted as reporting accountant in respect of the establishment of the EMTN Programme.
