BDO acted as reporting accountant on the recent establishment of a placing programme of up to 125 new shares and the redomiciliation of Target Healthcare REIT from Jersey to the UK by the introduction of a new parent company to the group by means of a scheme of arrangement and the admission of that company to the premium segment of the Official List.
Target Healthcare had a market capitalisation of £423.5m on completion of the transaction.
