Reverse takeover of Zoyo Capital Ltd by Honye Financial Services Ltd

BDO was a reporting accountant for the reverse takeover of Zoyo Capital Ltd by Honye Financial Services Ltd.

Honye Financial Services Ltd ("Honye") was established in 2018 as a Main Market listed investment company, seeking acquisitions in the financial services and fintech sectors while Zoyo Capital Ltd ("Zoyo") is a British fintech, founded in 2018 to develop a share trading app. The reverse takeover of Zoyo by Honye will help to support Zoyo's cashflow by providing access to readily-available finance and commercialisation of the equity trading platform. BDO supported the reverse takeover by providing reporting accountant, audit, and tax services throughout the process.
