BDO has provided M&A sell-side advisory services to Green Frog Connect Limited ("Green Frog"), relating to its sale to Hanab B.V. ("Hanab").

Green Frog is a UK-based engineering and infrastructure company that designs and builds high-voltage electricity grid connections for power and energy projects. The company specialises in connecting renewable energy, battery storage, and power generation facilities to the National Grid and local distribution networks.

Hanab B.V is a Netherlands-based infrastructure and technical services company that operates in the fields of energy, utilities, connectivity, telecommunications, and building installations. The acquisition of Green Frog Connect is Hanab’s first acquisition in the UK and gives them a strategic entry point as a ICP specialising in higher voltage infrastructure.
