BDO acted as reporting accountant for Satsuma Technology plc on its move from the transition category of the Official List to the equity shares (commercial companies) category of the Official List and admission to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange.
Satsuma operates a treasury policy of holding Bitcoin as its primary reserve asset and intends to develop Bitcoin-based revenue lines, including Bitcoin staking and decentralised AI operations.
